2-month Check

Ethan did the 2-month examination and 5 vaccines today. As before, after he saw Dr. Rothman, we have some concerns, because there are some problems.


Now here's what the doctor said:

Problems:

1. In the past 2 weeks, Ethan only gained 10 ounces from 7 pounds 8 ounces to 8 pounds 2 ounces.
2. Snoring.
   
3. Lactation. Ethan's mom said her milk is less recently. 
   

Changes need to make:

1. Dr. Rothman didn't think that is a problem, but he wanted to make sure it is ok by some nose expert.
2. An appointment with lactation consultant will be made soon.
3. In the past few weeks, Ethan's reflex gets better. He even didn't spit up some days. So he didn't take pepcid as much as before (0.15ml / day), but Dr. Rothman said it is better to have the same dose of pepcid now as before, which can better Ethan's stomach and make him feel better in feeding.

1. Haemophilus Influenzae Type b (Hib)
2. Diphtheria, Tetanus, and pertussis
3. Hepatitis B
4. Pneumococcal conjugate
5. Polio
